Q.How far in advance do you need to book your rental?
A.You will have the best chances of being able to book the inflatable that you want the earlier you book with us but we are willing to do our best to accommodate last minute rentals if it is still available upon request.
Q.Will there be a deposit? When is the complete payment due?
A.There will be a $50 deposit on each rental which is required to complete your reservation and it will be non-refundable. Remainder of the payment will be due upon delivery and set up.
Q.Will there be a fee if reservation is moved or cancelled?
A.If you want to move or cancel your reservation with less than 7 days of the rental date there will be a $50 charge. If these changes are made before the 7 day window then there will not be an extra fee. An exception to this fee would be if the reservation has to be moved due to the weather. We also reserve the right to request a date change due to weather for the safety of our inflatables and our crew. In any circumstance your deposit will roll over if you chose to pick another date for your reservation but will not be refunded if you decide to cancel the reservation.
